Refund policy
Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service at care@nkbbooks.com wishing 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to assist you, but please note that if your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible due to our prompt delivery process.
In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify our customer service within 72 hours of delivery. Please share the packaging image and product image at care@nkbbooks.com to assist you better. We will gladly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you.
Please be aware that NKB Book House reserves the right to refuse refunds for products that have been used. Additionally, all pre-order transactions are ineligible for exchange or refund. The amount will be refunded in your source account in case of online payment once we receive the product back to us. The refund might take upto 14 working days to reflect in your source account. In case of COD order, our customer support team will connect with you and will process your refund in the account you share with our team only via email at care@nkbbooks.com
Our return policy allows for a 7-day window from the delivery date, but it is subject to investigation. In case of a return, charges will be applied.
RTO Charges will also be applicable, the RTO charges will be deducted from your refund amount. Charges may vary between Rs. 50-150 according to the region the shipment was picked up from. Usually Northern regions starts from Rs. 50 and may go as high as Rs. 150 in eastern, western and southern regions. We regret for the inconvenience.
